2. Data collected

We collect your first name, email, your answers to the questionnaire, your chosen offer, your order status, as well as certain technical identifiers (session, language) and your delivery information. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

This data is used to create your account, compose your work, generate and deliver the corresponding files, provide customer support, and prevent fraud. These processes rely on contract performance, our legitimate interest, our legal obligations, and, where applicable, your consent.

4. Recipients and subprocessors

Your data may be shared with our technical subprocessors: Supabase (authentication and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), as well as artificial intelligence providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for composing your work.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our providers operate outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by GDPR-compliant safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention periods

Your data is kept for the duration of our relationship, then archived in accordance with our legal obligations, particularly accounting obligations (up to ten years). You may request its deletion to the extent permitted by law.

7. Minors (Junior path)

The Junior path is aimed at a young audience. Creating an account and placing any order must be done by a parent or holder of parental authority, who consents to the processing of the child's data. SENYCE PARTNERS does not knowingly collect a minor's data without this consent; any deletion request may be sent to contact@totemancestral.com.

8. Security

We implement secure access, protected storage, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to guarantee the security of your data.

9. Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies, necessary for it to function properly. No advertising cookies are used.

10. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to set directives on the fate of your data after your death.
